We have a dedicated HSE team, extensive health and safety training, systems, and policies in place, and every manager and supervisor carries out monthly on-site safety observations. We also conform to the internationally recognised Loss Prevention System (LPS).
Cowley uses a cloud-based HSE management system to ensure we are following Group best practices for the receipt, storage and use of HSE information.

Lee Lunt
General Manager
Lee joined the Clarksons Group in 2021 to lead the Cowley business. He has extensive experience in the HVAC&R sector, including his previous role as Country Manager for a Fortune 500 global services company in New Zealand, which encompassed fire protection, HVAC, refrigeration, and energy efficiency solutions.
Well supported by the Clarksons Group, he applies his service expertise to strengthen the business and is very focused on training and development opportunities for all of the Cowley team and contractors.
