We have a dedicated HSE team, extensive health and safety training, systems, and policies in place, and every manager and supervisor carries out monthly on-site safety observations. We also conform to the internationally recognised Loss Prevention System (LPS).
Cowley uses a cloud-based HSE management system to ensure we are following Group best practices for the receipt, storage and use of HSE information.

Krishneel Maharaj
General Manager
Krishneel Maharaj is the National Operations Manager at Cowley Refrigeration, bringing over 19 years of experience in the refrigeration and air conditioning industry. Starting his career as a Service Technician in Fiji before progressing through service delivery and supervisory roles in New Zealand, Krishneel now leads national HVAC and refrigeration operations, overseeing workforce planning, budgeting, compliance, and service excellence across the country.
Well supported by the Clarksons Group, he applies his service expertise to strengthen the business and is very focused on training and development opportunities for all of the Cowley team and contractors.
